The Providence Apartment Association Board is 100% volunteer based. The members of the board are property owners throughout the city of Providence working together to collaborate on important topics. Collectively, the board has property across every neighborhood in Providence and provide housing to an extremely diverse group of people as their tenants.
Clinton Aneni
Clinton is the owner of multi-family properties throughout Providence and brings with him his hands on knowledge.
Clinton graduated from Providence College in 2003.
Michael Patch - Treasurer
Michael has been investing in multi-family housing in Providence for the past 20 years. He is one of the original members of the PAA.
He has bought and sold numerous properties and has dealt with his fair share of issues and road blocks.
Michael truly understands what it means to be a Landlord in Providence.
