The Providence Apartment Association Board is 100% volunteer based.  The members of the board are property owners throughout the city of Providence working together to collaborate on important topics.  Collectively, the board has property across every neighborhood in Providence and provide housing to an extremely diverse group of people as their tenants.


Clinton Aneni-President

Clinton is the owner of multi-family properties throughout Providence and brings with him his hands on knowledge.

He is a Financial Analyst at Mc Kinsey & Company and understands the important of data analysis.

Clinton graduated from Providence College in 2003.

Daniela Ponte- Vice President

As the Business manager for a specialized, startup law firm, Daniela manages all the finances, accounting and operational aspects of the firm.  She plays an integral role in creating service offerings and promoting those areas of expertise.

Being a Providence multi-family property owner herself, Daniela understands the pros and cons of owning properties.

As an avid animal lover, Daniela volunteers her time with Handsome Dan's Rescue and sits as the Secretary for UnShetler Me.  Both are RI based dog non-profits.

Through her different experiences she's expanded on the knowledge she gained while completing her Bachelor of Art at Brown University, majoring in Commerce, Organizations and Entrepreneurship.


Michael Patch- Treasurer

Michael has been investing in multi-family housing in Providence for the past 20 years.   He is one of the original members of the PAA.

He has bought and sold numerous properties and has dealt with his fair share of issues and road blocks. 

Michael truly understands what it means to be a Landlord in Providence.


Michael Leshinsky- Board Member

Michael Leshinsky has an MBA from Providence College with a concentration in Finance – Portfolio Theory and Investment Analysis. He also has a certificate from Boston University in valuations, real estate financing, and underwriting. However his real knowledge comes from his work and personal experiences.

Michael has bought and sold numerous businesses over the years and has acquired a sizeable real estate holding. He is also the treasurer for the nonprofit organization, Apeiron Institute.

Michael consults and advises businesses of all types and sizes, so the businesses can achieve optimal performance

Michael has a love of numbers and a passion for financial modeling, creating projections and statements, and calculating valuations.
